Application timeline

The application for the Spring 2022 Recruitment Process will open on February 7th.

The Wisconsin Investment Banking Club has two recruiting cycles throughout the year. We only accept applicants from sophomores in September and from both freshmen and sophomores in February. Applications consist of a resume, cover letter, and transcript. Please submit materials to this form in PDF format titled "Last Name_First Name_Resume", etc.

Important Dates:

February 7th: IBC Diversity Session

Session starts at 7:00 pm in Grainger Hall room 4151

February 7th: Information Session

Session starts at 7:30 pm in Grainger Hall room 4151

February 8-11th: Coffee Chats

Coffee Chats will be held from 1:00-4:00 pm in Grainger Café

February 12th: Applications Due

All applications are due at 12:00 pm

February 15th, 16th: First Round Interviews

February 20th: Superday Interviews 

Applications are accepted and encouraged from students representing all academic backgrounds and prior professional experiences. All applicants should have a foundational knowledge of the role of investment banks prior to applying.
